Agriculture Victoria is delivering a number of rabbit information sessions (building Community Capacity) in the South-West region. They are still looking to find an interested group in the Glenelg Hopkins area. They are aiming to deliver presentations and demonstrations aligned with best practices for the management of rabbits.
The preference is to work with a group/network where there is already an interest in rabbit management. They can provide support in the manner of presenters, demonstrations (including the cost of a contractor) and catering. Further to this, if there are no groups that are positioned for this financial year to participate there is an opportunity to become involved with the program in 2018/19.
